My heart truly goes out to you as your beloved Maggie gets frail and you are faced with the most difficult, loving and unselfish decision each pet owner dreads.
I don't know where you are located, Rick, but if you are interested in finding a support group near to you, please don't hesitate to email me and I will do my best to find one for you. If you are in the GTA/Halton/Peel area and would like to attend our meeting on Saturday, please contact me for more details. Our meetings are open to anyone who has loved a pet, regardless of whether there pet is still with them or whether they have lost their pet. We want to help if we can, and just being able to talk to others who have experienced what you are going through can be a help.
