I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Carley and also your Charm. It has been a very difficult time for you and when I read that your husband hasn't been supportive at all (and was just concerned about the cost) my heart truly went out to you.
I don't know what kind of relationship your husband had with your precious furbabies, but maybe reading the article below may help, if only a little.
Trudy, it really sounds like you would benefit from contacting a support group. There you would be able to speak freely about your feelings without fear of criticism. If you would like help locating a group, please feel free to email me and I will help you.
Losing a beloved pet, let alone two of them, is never easy and it is even worse if you have to go through it alone. Please know that we do care and want to help if we can.
