Hi Charlene
I am glad the article helped a bit and am also glad to hear that you have made a memorial tribute to Chewy, both with the Rainbow Bridge poem and picture and with the photo album. Doing a tribute can really help you to remember all of the happy times, which I know is difficult right now.
It would be good if you can attend the meeting this month, and Steve would be most welcome, as well. The majority of people who attend our meetings are female, but there is no reason why Steve cannot attend if he feels like coming too. We would do our best to make him welcome and to encourage him to talk about how he is feeling.
The bracelets are available at the meeting if you want to purchase them. There is no pressure to purchase bracelets nor is there a fee to attend.
We do have an extensive resource library if you wish to borrow a book, video or DVD. We would ask that you only borrow one item and that a refundable deposit of $5 is left with us. When the library item is returned to us, you will receive your $5 back.
Please remember, Charlene, that if there is anything we can do to help you or Steve through this difficult time, you only need to contact us.
Thoughts will be with you both.
With sincere sympathy,
Terry
