Hi Louise, I am sending you a hug as well... It is so difficult, in all ways, when we lose a pet. We are left behind to wonder could we have done somthing differently, should we have done more? Less? Please know that these are all normal feelings, and that to some extent, we all go through them in some form or another. I am so glad you found this board...there are those of us who need a place to grieve, for however long it takes! My Poubelle has been gone 6 months, and I'm still here. Thinking of you, Laurien
