I am sure you must be going through all kinds of emotions right now. It's always such a difficult thing when we see our pets becoming ill and when we have to make that final decision. Hopefully you were able to get an appointment with your vet and perhaps they will just do some blood work to see what's going on. When you do go to your vet, you should ask for information about cremation. Costs vary depending as well on whether you want the cremains returned to you and if you choose a fancy urn.
I do hope you will keep us posted on how your Rusty is doing and, if you want to attend our meeting this coming Saturday you are most welcome.
You, your Rusty and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers
