Hi all,
Today I made the decision to put my dear cat Dunkin Donuts to his final rest. He is about 13-14 years old. I have him 9 years. He has always been a sick cat. He has Irritable Bowel Disorder and Diabetes. He has had 2 surgeries and has been hospitalized 3 other times. He recently started peeing and pooping all over the place including my bed. I have been sitting here all day today crying but I know that this is best. He has no quality of life anymore. He does not want to eat and he needs me to wipe his little tushy after he poops since he no longer grooms himself. This is the first time I have had to make a decision like this. I knew eventually this day would come. I have 4 other little fuzzies and a cockatoo but Dunkin is my favorite (I guess because he was always sick and needed me the most). I have to be at the vet in 2 hours. I think this will be the longest 2 hours of my life. Thanks for listening.
