I am very sorry for the pain I know you are going through.
Your sweet Dunkin is a lucky boy to have a friend like you to be strong enough to let him go. It is never easy to make the decision to let them go, but it is the right decision. Doesn't make it hurt any less, though, does it?
Please, take comfort in knowing that you are doing the most unselfish thing you can do for a beloved pet.
I imagine by the time you read this, you will have already been to the vet...so I am sending you a huge hug, and all my sympathy.
